2. Our Services
• The personal contract hire finance offers is provided and maintained by Arval.
• Omoda Jaecoo Affinity (VPS) do not provide independent financial advice.
• You are under no obligation to apply for finance through the Omoda Jaecoo Affinity scheme; you may seek finance independently.

3. Commission Disclosure
• The Omoda Jaecoo franchised dealership may receive a commission or other benefit from the finance providers for introducing you to them.
• The amount of commission they receive may vary depending on the finance product and provider.
• If you would like to know whether the Omoda or Jaecoo franchised dealer will receive commission and the amount, you are entitled to ask them.

Omoda Jaecoo franchised dealerships are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for credit-related regulated activities.
